The sisters’ committee was established by sr. Iman Jasim (Um Omar) in 1994. It holds many activities. The sister's section consists of a prayer area accommodating approximately 800 women, a library and 9 classrooms. It is led by sister Iman and has a large variety of spiritual, educational, and social activities which attract hundreds of women and youth all year round.
With the grace of Allah, the number of sisters' that attend the AMS activities and events is increasing every year. This has enabled us to provide many more activities, classes and social events for all sisters to take advantage of. The sisters’ committee works to address women’s concerns and promote Islamic education with focus on women, youth and children.
